Day 7 (July 21st 2008)

Breakfast: bacon, egg, cheese sandwich on an english muffin with a mountain dew
lunch: egg roll & a shitload of boneless spareribs, duck sauce & 20oz water
snack: where do I begin? a package of sixlets, some candy necklace, a chocolate chip cookie, 1/2 a piece of peanut butter fudge (oh my god was that good!) oh and some sugary stuff. lol
dinner: water, fish sticks, fries & peas

Exercise: 30 minutes on the Wii Fit and a very leisurely walk with the family.

Day 5 (July 19th 2008)

Breakfast: 2 bowls of Coco Puffs cereal with 2% milk
morning snack: some Mountain Dew, 12 oz can of Mountain Lighthing and Doritos
Lunch: American Chop Suey
Dinner: 4oz grilled chicken with corn & stuffed baked potato (and water)
Desert: 1/8 slice of chocolate peanut butter ice cream cake

Exercise: Wii Fit - 21 minutes. Whohoooooo!

Day 5 (July 18th 2008)

Breakfast: Blueberry bagel, with egg, cheese & bacon sandwich with side of crappy homefries. 20oz Mountain Dew
Lunch: small bowl of American chop suey 12oz Mountain Lightning
Dinner: small steak, garlic cream pasta shells & green beans 10oz Mountain Dew
Snack: 28oz of Sangria + ginger ale mix with a Peanut Butter Klondike ice cream bar

Exercise: Some Wii Sports (Wii fit age doubled from 34 to 68.... I suck)

Breakfast: Strawberry Pop-Tarts & 20oz Mountain Dew
Lunch: Pizza & 20oz water
Snack: none
Dinner: 2 Hot Dogs & small bag of chips
Snack: Peanut Butter Klondike bar

Exercise: NONE

Day 3 (July 16th 2008)

Breakfast: Strawberry Pop-Tarts and 20 oz of water
Morning Snack: 4 braided honey wheat sticks and a diet cola, cause it was so close to my 11AM meeting that I knew wasn't going to last an hour
Lunch: 3 pieces of Papa Ginos pizza. 2 Pepperoni and 1 Cheese
Afternoon Snack: 1 piece of German Chocolate Cake & a 20oz Mountain Dew. Why? Because I had stupid Papa Ginos at 130 and was fucking hungry
Dinner: A little bit of american chop suey, the rest of my 20 oz Mountain Dew and a 12oz MD.

Nothing else.

Excercise - NOTHING.

Day 2 (July 15th 2008)

Here is the rundown for today:

Breakfast: A package of Strawberry Pop-Tarts with a 20 oz Mountain Dew
Lunch: Leftover chicken parm with spring water
Snack: Strawberry Nutra-grain bar with spring water
Dinner: A medium sized container of macaroni salad made with Miracle Whip

Exercise - NONE.

Day 1 (July 14th 2008)

At this point I have no idea how much I weigh. Probably around 190 if I were to guess. There is no gameplan in place to lose the weight I want to lose, which is my first mistake. At this point I figured I would just start this blog to see if I can consistently track how I eat & my exercise habits.

Today:
Breakfast: Strawberry Pop-Tarts Reason: Hungry and I love them.

Lunch: Smart Ones Santa Fe Rice & Beans Reason: Hungry, it was lunch time and thats what I grabbed from the freezer.

Afternoon Snack: Slice of German Chocolate Cake Reason: It was there and I wanted it.

Dinner: Microwaved generic Celeste Pepperoni pizza for one Reason: It was quick and filled a gap. Amelia doesn't wait for you to eat. You must wait on her.

Exercise: Amelia and I walked to the end of Deer Run and back. Probably a mile walk in total.
