Here is the rundown for today:
Breakfast:  A package of Strawberry Pop-Tarts with a 20 oz Mountain Dew
Lunch:  Leftover chicken parm with spring water
Snack:  Strawberry Nutra-grain bar with spring water
Dinner: A medium sized container of macaroni salad made with Miracle Whip
Exercise - NONE.
