Breakfast: Strawberry Pop-Tarts and 20 oz of water
Morning Snack: 4 braided honey wheat sticks and a diet cola, cause it was so close to my 11AM meeting that I knew wasn't going to last an hour
Lunch: 3 pieces of Papa Ginos pizza. 2 Pepperoni and 1 Cheese
Afternoon Snack: 1 piece of German Chocolate Cake & a 20oz Mountain Dew. Why? Because I had stupid Papa Ginos at 130 and was fucking hungry
Dinner: A little bit of american chop suey, the rest of my 20 oz Mountain Dew and a 12oz MD.
Nothing else.
Excercise - NOTHING.
