Day 5 (July 19th 2008)

Breakfast: 2 bowls of Coco Puffs cereal with 2% milk
morning snack: some Mountain Dew, 12 oz can of Mountain Lighthing and Doritos
Lunch: American Chop Suey
Dinner: 4oz grilled chicken with corn & stuffed baked potato (and water)
Desert: 1/8 slice of chocolate peanut butter ice cream cake

Exercise: Wii Fit - 21 minutes. Whohoooooo!
