Pretty psyched to find that my weight plateau has been broken. I weigh
myself twice a week. Once Wednesday morning and once on Saturday
morning. This morning after I drank my shake, ate my apple (snack), had
40oz of water and did my workout I weighed myself. 171 lbs. That puts
me down officially 26lbs. 6 more to go to get to my next goal of
165lbs.
Keep it moving forward.
